Our Karate classes combine a range of energising cardio fitness drills along with traditional Japanese katas and movements that will train all the muscles in your body. And if yoga has you hitting the snooze button, we incorporate stretching and flexibility training into every class too.

Our instructors are highly-qualified, friendly and approachable. Train in confidence, knowing you’re in safe hands. You’ll be guided to progress and achieve at your own pace.
Small class sizes mean you’ll get lots of 1-to-1 time with our instructors who will tailor learning to your individual needs, helping you make fantastic progress, fast.
Adult classes are suitable for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned pro, or someone who’s never done any karate at all. All are very welcome.

At Swindon Shikukai, we train using traditional Japanese Martial Arts techniques that have been passed down over centuries and are steeped in history and culture. We currently train on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 to 21:00.
